Privacy notice

This notice describes information collected through the TruColors website, including inquiries, appointment booking, and optional embedded media.

Information you provide

When you email TruColors, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include so we can respond and discuss your project. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal information.

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, service of interest, and project details, with an optional company or brand. FormSubmit processes your submission and emails it to TruColors so we can respond. See FormSubmit’s privacy notice.

Booking a call

The Calendly calendar loads automatically when you visit our booking page. Calendly processes the information you enter to arrange your appointment. Its own privacy notice and cookie controls apply when you use its service.

Website delivery and optional media

Hosting, image delivery, and font providers receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser request details, when delivering this website. Images may load from Cloudinary and Bunny CDN, and fonts may load from Google Fonts.

Portfolio video players from Bunny Stream load automatically as you browse. Instagram reels load when you choose a reel preview. These services receive your IP address, browser details, and interactions and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. The embedded Calendly calendar loads automatically on the booking page and may use cookies or similar technologies under Calendly’s own policies and controls.

Cookies and your choices

Embedded video players and the booking calendar load without an additional TruColors consent prompt. Calendly’s own privacy and cookie controls remain available within its service. You can use your browser’s privacy settings to manage cookies and site data. Blocking third-party cookies or content may affect embedded features.

Use “Pause motion” in the footer to pause video previews and animation. Pausing does not erase information already received or cookies already set by a provider. You can contact us by email instead of using the booking calendar.

We use PostHog to understand page visits, clicks, pointer activity, and scrolling through analytics, heatmaps, and session replays. PostHog receives technical information such as your browser, device, IP address, and page activity, and uses cookies and browser storage to connect visits and sessions. Replays reconstruct activity on this website; they do not record your camera or microphone. Our configuration masks form inputs and excludes embedded third-party frames, console logs, and network request bodies from recordings. We use this information to find usability problems and improve the website. See PostHog’s privacy notice. Embedded providers may also perform their own measurement when their services load. TruColors no longer stores a calendar-consent preference; any preference saved by the earlier preview is no longer used.

For questions about information you have submitted, including requests to access, correct, or delete it, email truman@trucolorsvideo.com. Available rights and any recordkeeping exceptions depend on applicable law. Please identify your request without sending identity documents or other sensitive information in your first email.
